Architectural design at Dzala is not a standalone service separated from the build. We draw projects because we are going to build them — which means the drawings are construction-ready from the start, not schematic sketches that require a separate set of permit drawings.
Our design work covers residential additions, home remodeling plans, commercial tenant build-outs, and interior architecture. Drawings are prepared by our in-house design team and stamped where required by a licensed engineer.

Yes. Every design project Dzala takes on produces permit-ready drawings — architectural and structural as required by the jurisdiction. We do not produce concept drawings that require a separate permit set.
Can you provide design services for a project I am building with another contractor?
Our design services are primarily structured as part of a design-build engagement. If you are considering Dzala for both design and build, we can discuss the design scope at the estimate visit.
